I’m walking 7000 steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians

I’m walking 7000 steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians.

I’m connected to autism through my beautiful daughter. Every day I see her strengths, her uniqueness, and the incredible way she experiences the world.

My biggest hope is that if she ever needs support, it will be easy to access. That she won’t have to fight for understanding. That the world will meet her with inclusion, compassion and the right services at the right time.

That’s why I’m walking 7000 steps a day this May for Walk for Autism.
Because right now, the world isn’t always autism-friendly — and 70% of Autistic people in Australia experience mental health challenges. That statistic breaks my heart.

I’m fundraising for Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia) to help provide earlier diagnosis, autism-specific schooling, family support, research, and to create more inclusive environments for Autistic Australians.

I’m walking for my daughter.
I’m walking for her future.
I’m walking so support is there if and when she needs it.

If you’re able to donate or share my page, it would mean so much to us.

Thank you for supporting my Walk for Autism 🤍
