Walk for autism is an easy, fun and rewarding way to boost staff activity levels, enjoy a more energetic workplace and meet corporate social responsibility goals. Plus, you will create positive change in the community.
Because it is a virtual event, you and your staff can decide the course, location and time you want to walk during the 8 day event. This means all your staff can take part – no matter their location, lifestyle or schedule (so there can be no excuses!).
Take part as a Company-wide Team or organise smaller Inter-department Teams to challenge each other. What about inviting your customers and clients to join your team? Or challenge your competitors to see who can raise the most funds? A bit of healthy competition never hurt anyone!
Getting your workplace involved is easy:
Decide how many Teams you want to sign-up
Nominate a Team Leader(s) to create the team(s)
Decide who will be in each team
Invite staff to set-up their personal fundraising page and join their team. *Make sure your staff use their work email addresses and not their personal email addresses.
Set your fundraising goals
Get everyone together and brainstorm ideas to smash your step and fundraising goals
Organise events, get some competition going and use our workplace resources to spread the word and have fun.
