Every Step Matters: Whole Care Solutions Walking for Autistic Australians

At Whole Care Solutions, supporting people with autism isn’t just something we do — it’s part of who we are.

Since 2020, our team has had the privilege of walking alongside Autistic individuals and their families, supporting them to live independent, meaningful, and fulfilling lives. Every day we see the strengths, talents, and unique perspectives that Autistic people bring to our communities.

This May, we’re proud to take part in Walk for Autism, committing to 7,000 steps a day to help raise funds for Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia).

Why does this matter?

Because the world is not always autism-friendly, around 70% of Autistic people in Australia experience mental health challenges. Greater awareness, better services, and more inclusive communities can change that.

Funds raised through Walk for Autism help provide: • Earlier autism diagnosis and support for families

• Specialised education for Autistic children

• Research that improves understanding and outcomes

• Programs that create more inclusive, autism-friendly communities
