I’m walking 7k steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians
My son is autistic, and while he is one of the most incredible, funny, and unique people I know… life isn’t always easy for him. The world isn’t built with him in mind, and that comes with challenges that he faces every single day.
As his mum, I see the strength it takes just to navigate things many of us take for granted. I also see how important the right support, understanding, and early intervention can be - not just for him, but for families like ours.
That’s why I’m fundraising for Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia) by walking 7,000 steps a day this May.
Because the reality is, many autistic people struggle in a world that doesn’t always understand them - and too many face mental health challenges as a result.
Every donation, no matter how small, helps create a more supportive, inclusive world. It helps fund early diagnosis, access to services, and gives families like mine the support we need to help our kids thrive.
If you can donate or even just share, it would mean so much to us 💛
Thank you for supporting my son, and others like him.
