I’m walking 7k steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians
I’ve stepped up to Walk for Autism this May, doing 7k steps a day to support Autistic Australians and their families.
This one’s personal for me.
My son is on the spectrum, and he’s honestly one of the biggest inspirations in my life. The way he sees the world, learns, and grows reminds me every day that different doesn’t mean less — it just means different.
But the reality is, the world isn’t always built for kids like him.
Because of that, around 70% of Autistic people in Australia experience mental health challenges. That’s something no family should have to face alone.
That’s why I’m raising funds for Autism Spectrum Australia — to help provide early diagnosis, specialised education, support for families, and to push for more inclusive environments.
If you can support, even a small donation goes a long way.
Thanks heaps for backing something that means a lot to me 🙌
