Just 2 weeks!
Today (16/04) I walked from my office to the Repat today for an assessment of a patient. That was 1.5km and mostly uphill to get there, downhill on the way back thank goodness.
As well as walking from the bus and during my break - 5, 986 steps today. Hopefully I can keep this up and reach my goal!!

I’ve stepped up to Walk for Autism. I walk for Harvey!
Harvey is the source of so much joy in my life (& his parents/family) and with his recent diagnosis of ASD 3, I intend to do as much as I can to support him in his challenges, to make more people aware of ASD and to help raise funds for families to benefit from the additional support they need for their education. For my youngest great grandson
