I'm walking 10k steps a day this May to raise support for Autistic Australians
This May, I’ve set myself a challenge to walk 10,000 steps every day to raise awareness and support for Autistic Australians.
Did you know that 70% of Autistic people in Australia struggle with mental health issues because the world isn’t always autism-friendly? That’s a huge number, and it’s one of the reasons I’m taking on this challenge.
I’m walking to raise funds for Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia), an organisation that provides early diagnosis, specialised education, support research, and works towards creating more inclusive spaces for Autistic individuals and their families.
Any donation, big or small, can make a real difference. It’ll help provide vital resources for those who need it most.
If you’re able to, please support my Walk for Autism. Every bit helps, and I truly appreciate your generosity. Thank you so much!
