I'm walking 7k steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians

I'm stepping up to Walk for Autism again this year.

I want to raise awareness and funds for the incredible autistic community, including my absolute legend of a son Digby.

But this challenge is also about me. It'll give me a goal, a purpose, a way to connect and take time out -  which I think is vital for so many parents and carers who are wading through the every day challenges.

That's why I'm walking 7k steps a day in May to fundraise for Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia).

Your donation will help deliver services that support Autistic people to live their best life. Helping Autistic people and their families access earlier diagnosis, provide autism-specific schooling, support research and help create inclusive, autism-friendly environments.
