7K a Day to support Autistic Australians 💙
I’ve signed up for Walk for Autism this May, and I’m so excited to be walking for something that means so much to me !
As a teacher working in both inclusive and kindy classrooms, I have the absolute privilege of learning alongside some incredible autistic students every single day. They bring so much joy, curiosity, honesty and uniqueness into our classroom, and they’ve truly shaped the kind of teacher (and person) I am 🤍
This walk is really close to my heart. I see how important it is for every child to feel understood, supported and celebrated for exactly who they are — and I’m walking to help create a world that does just that.
I’ll be walking 7k steps a day throughout May to raise funds for Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia), supporting autistic individuals and their families through education, early intervention, research and more.
If you’d like to support me, I would be so grateful — whether that’s donating, sharing this page, or just cheering me on 🫶 Every little bit truly makes a difference.
Thank you for being part of this with me 💙
