I’m walking 7k steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians

This May, I’m taking part in Walk for Autism for my 7-year-old son Charlie, and for the thousands of other autistic children and families navigating a world that isn’t always built for them.
Because of that, around 70% of autistic people in Australia experience mental health challenges. That’s something no family should have to face alone.
So, I’m committing to walking 7,000 steps a day throughout May to raise funds for Autism Spectrum Australia.
Every dollar raised helps provide:
- earlier diagnosis and support for families
- autism-specific education for children
- vital research
- and progress toward more inclusive, autism-friendly communities
If you’re able to, I’d really appreciate your support, whether that’s a donation or simply sharing this.
Thank you so much
Mark & Charlie
