I’m walking 7k steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians
I’m walking 7k steps every day this May for Walk for Autism 💙
This isn’t just a challenge for me it’s something I care deeply about. Through my work at Beyond OSHC supporting an incredible range of children, my experience in support work, and having family members on the spectrum, I see firsthand how much patience, understanding and the right support systems matter.
The reality is that many autistic individuals are navigating a world that isn’t built for them and that has a real impact on mental health and wellbeing. In fact, around 70% of Autistic people in Australia experience mental health challenges.
I’m fundraising for Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia) to help change that and create more inclusive, supportive spaces.
If you’re able to donate, even share this or start a conversation with a friends or family it would mean so much 🤍
