Walk for Autism Fundraiser

Hi all,
It would surprise me a great deal if there was anyone who knows me or is connected to me on Facebook, who doesn't know how much Autism has knowingly been part of my life for the past 10 years, and unknowingly for every year before that.
Most of you know the enormous mental and emotional cost that has come from not being having the ability to fund the most fundamental level of support needed for me to be able to keep one of my children with me.
This year the walk for Autism has come at a time when I've needed a kick in the butt to motivate me to start getting active again and create habits that will help improve my sleep.
I've got all the reasons in the world to keep going with this challenge, not least of which is to support the amazing work Aspect does. Between the programs and support they provide for individuals and families, and the neurodiversity affirming research they are involved with, this is a group that is worth getting behind.
So please, if you are able to... Help me and the Waves Wonder Walkers to help them continue the incredibly valuable work they are doing.
Thank you all!!!
PS - on AVERAGE I'm on target so far!!! Missed one day by lots... one day by a little bit, but am going to be increasing my steps in the coming days and weeks! Watch this space!
