I'm walking 7k steps a day this May to support autism

I’m stepping up to walk 7000 steps a day this May to support people living with autism.

When my son was diagnosed with Autism I felt a sense of sadness, a sense of loss but also a sense of relief.  Loss for the child is dreamed of having, sadness at the challenges he would face daily  and a sense of relief that we could now access the extra help he needed.

When my second son started the process of diagnosis I felt far more comfortable in what life was going to look like for us.

My life revolves around making sure everyone is looked after and their individual needs are met and if I find it hard and exhausting to do that for them I have to remind myself just how hard they must find it to live in a world not designed for them.

So I am putting on my shoes and walking for them and for all the people diagnosed with autism because the world really isn’t built for them to thrive in.

You can join me by coming on board and making a team with me and by donating to the cause.
Thanks for supporting me.
