7K a Day: An Autistic Voice Walking for Change

Hi everyone 🤍

This May, I’m walking 7,000 steps every day to raise funds and awareness for autism—a cause that’s deeply personal to me as an autistic person myself.

Autistic people are far more likely to experience mental health challenges, with studies showing up to 79% have at least one mental health condition.
A big reason for this is the world around us—many autistic people face social isolation, lack of understanding, and barriers to support, which directly impacts mental wellbeing.

This isn’t just about awareness—it’s about creating a world that actually supports autistic people.

Every step I take is for acceptance, understanding, and better support.

If you can donate, share, or support in any way, it truly means so much 🤍
