The rules were made for boys. We’re walking for the girls behind the mask

## Empowering Change Through Understanding

"When we know better, we do better."

That’s the heart of our fundraising walk this May. For a long time, the world’s understanding of autism was based primarily on how it presents in boys. Because many girls are naturally skilled at "masking"—mimicking social behaviors to blend in—they are often overlooked or diagnosed much later in life.

By donating to our walk, you’re helping to bridge that gap. Better information means:

*   **Earlier Support:** Identifying girls sooner so they can access the right tools to thrive.

*   **True Inclusion:** Moving past "fitting in" toward a world where they are accepted exactly as they are.

*   **Breaking Stigma:** Replacing judgment with genuine understanding.

We’re walking to ensure that as our collective knowledge grows, so does our compassion. Every donation helps us turn that "knowing" into real-world action and supports.

Thank you for being part of the journey to do better for every autistic individual!
