I’m walking 7k steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians

I’m doing the Walk for Autism because this is my life… every single day with my boys.

Autism is part of our world and I wouldn’t change who they are for a second but I’m not going to pretend it’s easy either.

Some days are amazing I’m so proud of them it actually hurt and other days are just really hard but we get through it! People don’t always see that side.

They don’t see how much goes on behind the scenes… how much we’re juggling, how much we’re trying, how much we care.

So I’m walking for my boys.  

For our family.  

And for every parent out there just doing their best.

I just want more understanding. Less judgement. And a world that actually supports kids like mine instead of expecting them to fit into a box.
