I’m walking 7k steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians
Hi and thank you for being here 💛
This May, I’ve set myself a simple but meaningful challenge — to walk 7,000 steps every single day. 👟
In my work, I spend a lot of time thinking about how we can create safer and more inclusive environments for everyone. This month, I wanted to take that commitment beyond words and into action — literally.
Did you know? 70% of Autistic people in Australia face mental health challenges because the world isn’t always designed with them in mind. That’s why I’m walking 7k steps a day to raise funds for Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia).
Your support will help provide:
- earlier diagnosis
- specialised education
- more autism-friendly environments where people can truly thrive
This challenge is extra special for me as I’ll be walking between the familiar paths of Perth and the busy streets of Hong Kong while working remotely. Different places, same purpose.
If you’re able to support, even a small donation can make a real difference. Whether it’s $2 or $50, it all adds up and goes directly toward supporting Autistic individuals and their families.
Thank you so much for being part of this journey — it genuinely means a lot 💛
