Why?

Who would have thought that 70% of the world is on the spectrum on some level.

At 3 years of age I knew trey was smart I mean so smart it made no sense. But I also knew he was different. Autism is not a disability you can see on most young children or even adults. Trey and myself are super blessed to have loving supporting family and friends that help guide us and keep him feeling g as normal as possible. His diagnoses didnt change him but made me realise how I can help him better to help him succeed and live a close to normal life as possible. Walking for 3 reasons

1. To show support to the ASD community and teach my kids that any support can mean alot to someone.

2. Ill be using the Walking opportunity to spend some more individual time with each of my children and discuss things like mental health.

3. To support others with ASD you as a carer need to ensure your health and well being are at 100% and mine is not.

I’m walking 7k steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians
