I’m walking 10k steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians

I'm doing this to try something new, and most importantly, to support autistic people. For the undiagnosed adults who were called "just shy, weird or quirky" growing up & throughout their lives. For the ones who are living with so many health issues, triggered or exacerbated by a lifetime of masking their true personalities, to look "normal" in a relentless world.

And hopefully, to help the younger generations receive diagnoses earlier, so that they have the understanding and abilities to live the lives they deserve, away from criticism & outcasting.

xx Gwen

Did you know? Because the world is not autism-friendly, 70% of Autistic people in Australia experience mental health challenges.

Your donation will help deliver services that support Autistic people to live their best life.

Funds raised can help Autistic people and their families access earlier diagnosis, provide autism-specific schooling for children on the autism spectrum, support research and help create inclusive, autism-friendly environments.

Please support my Walk for Autism and donate now. Thank you so much!
