Leo and I are walking 7k steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians

Leo and I will be taking in the Walk for Autism challenge together. No doubt with lots of fun and mischief along the way! I will walk 7000 steps per day and for each day Leo is with me, he will walk 4000.

Awareness makes such a huge difference in how autistic children and their families are able to access their community. Understanding and awareness can and does make a massive difference, a seemingly small accommodation made can be the difference between a successful day and a massive meltdown.

I hope that by taking part in this challenge, I can increase autism  awareness and show some examples of where little things can make a massive difference.

Because the world is not autism-friendly, 70% of Autistic people in Australia experience mental health issues.

Your donation will help deliver services that support Autistic people to live their best life.

Funds raised can help Autistic people and their families access earlier diagnosis, provide autism-specific schooling for children on the autism spectrum, support research and help create inclusive, autism-friendly environments.

Please support my Walk for Autism and donate now. Thank you so much!
