We're walking 7k steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians

Hi everyone,

This May, the team at Public Sector People has stepped up to take part in the Walk for Autism challenge — walking 7,000 steps a day to raise funds for Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia).

As a company, we’re incredibly proud to also be an official Match Giving Partner — which means that on Thursday 15th May, we’ll match every dollar donated, up to $12,500. That’s double the impact for an incredible cause!

Why we’re walking:

Because the world isn’t built for everyone, 70% of Autistic Australians experience mental health challenges. By walking and fundraising, we’re helping to change that.

Your support will help:

  • Provide earlier diagnosis and tailored services

  • Fund autism-specific schooling

  • Support vital research

  • Create inclusive, autism-friendly environments

How you can help:

Please consider donating to our Walk for Autism team — every contribution (especially on May 15th!) makes a real difference in helping Autistic people and their families live their best lives.

Thank you!

Thank you for your brilliant donation
